Thurrock Tiger's first opened in 1999 as a Breakfast, After-School and Holiday Club, within a few months of hard work we were running at full capacity! in 2004 we moved to Whitehall Lane, and expanded to the full day care and Pre-School Sector, Thurrock Tigers is a family business ran by a Mother, Father and Daughter Unit, Thurrock Tigers promotes fostering a family environment, due to many of the children in our care come from one parent families, so to these children Thurrock Tiger's becomes a secure base.

Thurrock Tiger's is a one stop childcare service, compromising of a full time day nursery open 7.00am - 7.00pm, A Sessional place pre-school operating term time only offering morning sessions (9.00am-12.00pm) and Afternoon Sessions (12.00pm-15.00pm) Both of the above follow and deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum to the highest possible standard, providing enriching play opportunities with planned learning intentions, individualising our planning for children's individual needs, we foster an enabling environment in which children can enjoy and achieve, in a safe, secure and stimulating environment, we pride ourselves in being ofsted registered and achieving a "Good Grading" from our regulating body Ofsted.
