Kim Higham - Childcare Manager

Smarts: NVQ Level 4 in Children's Care, Learning and Development, NVQ Level 2 in Children's Care, Learning and Development and an Institute of Leadership and Management Team leading NVQ Qualification.

Additional Training:

Experience: My wealth of experience comes from being a mother to my 18month old son Blake, he brings me so much joy and happiness, I have experience of working in an After-School Club, 2 Day Nurseries, A Breakfast Club, A Holiday Club and A pre-school so I have worked with children age ranged from 0-14 years old.

Experience: i have been working at Thurrock Tigers for 5 years now and in this time i have worked with children 0-14 years in age, i also have my own baby niece.

Experience: My wealth of experience comes from being a mother to my four children who are all grown up, so now I've been blessed again with 4 beautiful grand children.

I have been a registered child minder for many years prior to opening my childcare business in 1999, I have approximately 17 years experience in working in the childcare sector, i have care for children of all ages and abilities in this time from 0 being the youngest to 14 being the oldest.


Tracy Ringrow - Senior supervisor of Nursery

Smarts: Cache Level 2 And  3 in Early years and an NVQ level 4 in children's care, learning and development.

Experience: My wealth of experience comes from being an auntie to my niece and nephew, i Have worked in nurseries since qualifying at level 3 in 2003, i then worked my way up to level 4, my experience is mainly with children 0-8years of age
